She stepped out
And their eyes met
She went pale

He couldn't take the next step
Awkward distance was soon dismissed
With a small surprise kiss!!!

At the crossroads

At the crossroads of jeopardy, I stand today,

Knowing not where to head,

Future is dark and the past is faded,

I am sinking in the sand of today.

Flashes of past, mob my mind,

I know not how to react,

I encounter them with a straight face,

As they mock and pass by.

I wonder what wrong I did,

To deserve such a phase,
